  • Filling Pools: New pool permits are required for filling, refilling, or adding substantial amounts of water to swimming pools. Approval must be obtained from the City’s Water Department.


  • New Landscaping: Installation of new lawns or landscaping is discouraged during the restriction period. If necessary, a variance request can be submitted for approval.

Other Restrictions

  • Fountains and Decorative Water Features: Operation is prohibited unless the water is recirculated.
